AB400-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: after that line insert:

AB400-AA1,1,3 3" Section 1m. 78.01 (2) (gm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB400-AA1,1,64 78.01 (2) (gm) Gasoline sold to a person who transports students to and from
5school activities pursuant to a contract with a school district and used by the person
6for such transportation.".

AB400-AA1,1,7 72. Page 2, line 1: after that line insert:

AB400-AA1,1,8 8" Section 2m. 78.01 (2m) (hm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB400-AA1,1,119 78.01 (2m) (hm) It is sold to a person who transports students to and from
