3"(bm) 1. No credit may be claimed under this subsection unless the claimant
4employs at least 3 journeymen for every 2 apprentices the claimant employs, except
5that, if the claimant employs only one apprentice, the claimant shall employ at least
6one journeyman.

2. No claimant may claim a credit under this subsection for wages paid to an
8apprentice if another claimant claims a credit under this subsection for wages paid
9to the same apprentice.

3. Monthly, each claimant who intends to claim a credit under this subsection
11shall submit its payroll records to the department on a date and in a manner
12prescribed by the department. The claimant shall certify to the department, in a
13manner prescribed by the department, that its records are accurate and that it has
1complied with subds. 1. and 2. The department shall review the records to verify that
2the claimant has complied with subds. 1. and 2. If the claimant has not complied with
3subds. 1. and 2., the department of workforce development shall notify the
4department of revenue of such noncompliance.".
