AB555-AA4,1,9 (1) The secretary of administration shall ensure that of the moneys lapsed to the general fund under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9101 (23q) (c), and transferred to the general fund under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9101 (23q) (d), an amount equal to $15,914,400 is used to offset any decrease in tax revenues deposited in the general fund during the 2001-03 fiscal biennium that may result from the enactment of this act.".
