AB60-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB60-AA2,1,3 21. Page 1, line 4: delete "nudity," and substitute "nudity; the civil cause of
3action for unreasonable invasion of privacy;".
AB60-AA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:
AB60-AA2,1,5 5" Section 1h. 895.50 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:
AB60-AA2,1,86 895.50 (2) (d) Conduct that is prohibited under s. 942.09, regardless of whether
7there has been a criminal action related to the conduct, and regardless of the outcome
8of the criminal action, if there has been a criminal action related to the conduct.
AB60-AA2, s. 1n 9Section 1n. 895.50 (5) of the statutes is created to read:
AB60-AA2,1,1310 895.50 (5) A court may award punitive damages in accordance with s. 895.85
11to a plaintiff seeking recovery for an invasion of privacy under sub. (2) (d), regardless
12of whether the plaintiff proves compensatory damages resulting from the invasion
13of privacy.".
