AB675-AA1,1,2 1. Page 30, line 23: after that line insert:

AB675-AA1,1,3 " Section 12d. 941.237 (1) (er) of the statutes is created to read:

AB675-AA1,1,5 941.237 (1) (er) "Proprietor" means a person to whom a Class "B" or "Class B" license or permit has been issued under ch. 125.

AB675-AA1, s. 12g Section 12g. 941.237 (3) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB675-AA1,1,11 941.237 (3) (am) A person licensed to carry a concealed weapon under s. 175.50. This paragraph does not apply if the person is on any premises for which a Class "B" or "Class B" license or permit has been issued under ch. 125 if the sale of intoxicating liquors or fermented malt beverages or both on those premises accounts for more than 50% of the proprietor's receipts from those premises.".
