AB698-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB698-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "single-dose".

AB698-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 4: delete "must" and substitute "may".

AB698-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 4: after "(3)" insert "and encourage physicians, physician assistants, and advanced practice nurse prescribers to provide such information to a patient under s. 448.035 (3)".

AB698-AA1,1,7 4. Page 3, line 5: delete "a single-dose" and substitute "an".

AB698-AA1,1,8 5. Page 3, line 6: after "drug" insert "as a course of therapy".

AB698-AA1,1,13 6. Page 3, line 10: delete "but" and substitute "a statement that indicates that the patient should ask the person with whom the patient has had sexual intercourse whether that person is allergic to the drug, and a statement that indicates that the drug should not be taken by a person who is allergic to the drug. The prescription order".

AB698-AA1,2,1 7. Page 3, line 19: delete "shall" and substitute "may".

AB698-AA1,2,2 8. Page 3, line 23: delete lines 23 and 24.
