AB698-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB698-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "single-dose".

AB698-AA2,1,7 2. Page 2, line 4: after "(3)." insert "The information shall consist of information about sexually transmitted diseases and their treatment and about the risk of drug allergies. The information shall also include a statement advising a person with questions about the information to contact his or her physician or local health department, as defined in s. 250.01 (4).".

AB698-AA2,1,8 3. Page 3, line 5: delete "a single-dose" and substitute "an".

AB698-AA2,1,9 4. Page 3, line 6: after "drug" insert "as a course of therapy".

AB698-AA2,2,2 5. Page 3, line 10: delete "but" and substitute "a statement that indicates that the patient should ask the person with whom the patient has had sexual intercourse whether that person is allergic to the drug, and a statement that indicates that the drug should not be taken by a person who is allergic to the drug. The prescription order".

AB698-AA2,2,3 6. Page 3, line 23: delete lines 23 and 24.

AB698-AA2,2,4 7. Page 4, line 22: delete "a single-dose" and substitute "an".

AB698-AA2,2,5 8. Page 4, line 23: after "drug" insert "as a course of therapy".
