(3) Examination concerning financial privacy notice requirements. Except
4as otherwise provided in this subsection, as part of its examination of a universal
5bank under s. 220.04, the division shall examine the universal bank to determine the
6universal bank's compliance with
15 USC 6803 and any applicable regulations
7administering that statute prescribed under
15 USC 6804. The division need not
8examine a universal bank under this subsection if, during the 18 months preceding
9the date of the proposed examination under this subsection, the universal bank
10received from its federal functional regulator, as defined in
15 USC 6809 (2), a
11consumer compliance examination that contains information regarding the
12universal bank's compliance with
15 USC 6803 and any applicable regulations
13administering that statute prescribed under
15 USC 6804.".
