ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 10, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 3

AR3-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR3-AA10,1,3 1. Page 41, line 3: after "no" insert "or unless unanimous consent has been granted for another request on that session day,".

AR3-AA10,1,4 2. Page 52, line 13: after that line insert:

AR3-AA10,1,5 " Section 86m. Assembly rule 90 (6) is created to read:

AR3-AA10,1,8 Assembly Rule 90 (6) When a unanimous consent request is granted, all other unanimous consent requests made thereafter on that session day are treated as granted, without the presiding officer stating the question requested.".
