SB2-SA4,1,2 1. Page 4, line 6: after that line insert:

SB2-SA4,1,3 " Section 6m. 11.38 (1) (a) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

SB2-SA4,1,7 11.38 (1) (a) 4. Notwithstanding subd. 1., a corporation or association specified in subd. 1. may make a disbursement for the purpose of making a communication specified in s. 11.01 (16) (a) 3. if the act of making that communication does not constitute an act for a political purpose under any other provision of s. 11.01 (16).".
