SB336-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB336-SA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 15: delete lines 15 to 22 and substitute:

SB336-SA3,1,4 "2. No person who is at least 12 years of age but less than 16 years of age may operate a motorboat without holding a valid motorboat safety certificate.

SB336-SA3,1,7 2m. No person who is at least 16 years of age and who is born on or after January 1, 1986, may operate a motorboat without holding a valid motorboat safety certificate unless the motorboat is driven by a motor of 35 horsepower or less.".
