Page 1, line 1: after that line, at the appropriate locations, delete all amendment items that relate to "the administration of the food stamp and medical assistance programs by Wisconsin works agencies", as shown by LRBb1771/1, in order to restore the affected text to that of senate substitute amendment 1.
