(intro.) If a care management organization under s. 46.285 is available
6in a county, the department may dispose of the amount allocated under sub. (8) to
7that county and
not more than 21.3% of the amount allocated under sub. (2) to that

5payments for services to persons a person with Alzheimer's disease living in a
6residential facilities facility in the county who meet meets financial eligibility
7requirements specified by the department by rule, regardless of whether the person
8is eligible for the family care benefit under s. 46.286 in a county in which a care
9management organization under s. 46.284 operates
