SB55-SSA1-SA1,1,6 "(2c) Submission of proposed legislation. No later than July 1, 2001, the joint committee on finance, using the methodology specified under section 16.46 (9) of the statutes, shall introduce legislation eliminating the state budgetary deficit for the 2001-03 fiscal biennium according to generally accepted accounting principles.".
