TO 2001 SENATE BILL 61

SB61-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to renumber 120.13 (37); and to create 120.13 (37) (b) of the statutes;
2relating to: granting high school diplomas posthumously to veterans.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB61-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 120.13 (37) of the statutes is renumbered 120.13 (37) (a).

SB61-ASA1, s. 2 4Section 2. 120.13 (37) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

SB61-ASA1,1,75 120.13 (37) (b) Notwithstanding par. (a), upon request a school board may
6award a high school diploma to a deceased person if the conditions of par. (a), other
7than age, are met.
