ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 14

AB14-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB14-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 13, and substitute:

AB14-AA1,1,4 " Section 1m. 301.46 (5n) of the statutes is renumbered 301.46 (5n) (a).

AB14-AA1, s. 2m Section 2m. 301.46 (5n) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB14-AA1,1,9 301.46 (5n) (b) For Internet access provided to law enforcement agencies under this subsection, the department shall provide the means for a law enforcement agency to easily identify changes that have occurred in the residence, employment, or place of school attendance of a person registered under s. 301.45.".
