AB187-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: after "newspapers" insert "and publications of state agencies
3and authorities".

AB187-AA1,1,4 42. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB187-AA1,1,5 5" Section 1g. 16.75 (8) (a) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

AB187-AA1,1,106 16.75 (8) (a) 3. Each agency and authority other than the University of
7Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority shall ensure that the recycled content, as
8defined in s. 287.31 (1) (b), of each publication of the agency or authority that is
9printed on newsprint is at least equal to the amount specified in s. 287.31 (3) (c) for
10the year in which the publication is printed.".
