AB323-SA1,1,21 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute
2amendment 2, as follows:
AB323-SA1,1,4 31. Page 19, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15, as affected by assembly amendment
41, and substitute:
AB323-SA1,1,6 5" Section 63. 77.89 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 77.89 (2) (a) and amended
6to read:
AB323-SA1,1,87 77.89 (2) (a) Each municipal treasurer shall pay 20% of each payment
8received".
AB323-SA1,1,10 92. Page 19, line 22: delete that line, as affected by assembly amendment 1, and
10substitute:
AB323-SA1,1,12 11" Section 64. 77.89 (2) (b) of the statutes, as affected by 2003 Wisconsin Act ....

177.89 (2) (b) The municipal treasurer shall pay all amounts received under s.
277.84 (2) (b) and (bm) to the county treasurer, as provided under ss. 74.25 and 74.30.
3The county treasurer shall, by June 30 of each year, pay all amounts received under
4this paragraph to the department. All amounts received by the department shall be
5credited to the conservation fund and shall be reserved for land acquisition and
6resource management activities.

8to read:
