AB372-ASA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 14: after "Live birth." insert "(a) In this subsection, "breathes" means "draws air into and expels it out of the lungs one or more times.".

AB372-ASA2-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 14: before ""Live birth" means" insert:

AB372-ASA2-AA1,1,5 "(b)".
