AB378-AA7,1,5 53. Page 8, line 10: after that line insert:

AB378-AA7,1,6 6" Section 14m. 79.04 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB378-AA7,1,97 79.04 (2m) Beginning with the distribution in 2005, the calculation of
8payments to municipalities under sub. (1) and to counties under sub. (2) shall not
9include depreciation.".
