AB393-AA3,1,7 "(d) Notwithstanding s. 121.77 (1) (b), the school board of the school district to which the pupil applies shall admit the pupil. The school board of the school district of residence and the school board of the school district of attendance shall complete the transfer of the pupil within 30 days of the date on which the pupil's application is received by the school board of the school district of attendance.".
