AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,7 1. Page 8, line 17: after "(b)" insert ", and shall convene a conflict resolution team, composed of the pupil's parents or guardian and school staff, to make a recommendation about whether it is in the pupil's best interests to transfer to another school district under this subsection and to recommend a support plan and coping plan for the pupil to use if he or she remains in the school district of residence or transfers to another school district".
