AB462-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB462-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "licenses" insert "and providing a penalty".

AB462-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB462-AA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 343.07 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

AB462-AA1,1,8 343.07 (7) Penalty for certain violations. Notwithstanding s. 343.43 (1) (d) and (3m), any person who violates sub. (1) (dm) or sub. (4) (b) 3. shall be required to forfeit $50 for the first offense and not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each subsequent offense.".

AB462-AA1,1,10 " Section 3m. 343.085 (6) of the statutes is created to read:
