AB494-AA1,1,7 (1) Notwithstanding section 990.001 (11) of the statutes, if a court finds that all or any part of section 895.10 (2) (b) 2. b. of the statutes, as affected by this act, is unconstitutional, the treatment of section 895.10 (2) (b) 2. b. of the statutes by this act is void.".
