(2) No person shall drive any motor vehicle

9broadcast, tape recorded, or optically or electronically recorded format, when such
10device is located in the motor vehicle at any point forward of the back of the operator's
11seat or when such device is visible to the operator while driving the motor vehicle.
12This subsection does not apply to any device in a vehicle that is intended for the
13exclusive display of information related to the operation, navigation, or condition of
1the vehicle or that is intended to be used solely to enhance safety while backing the
2vehicle.".
