AB747-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB747-SA2,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: delete "a charter school" and substitute "Marva Collins
3Preparatory School of Wisconsin, and D.L. Hines Academy, charter schools".

AB747-SA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 2: delete " subd. 3." and substitute "subds. 3., 4., and 5.".

AB747-SA2,1,6 53. Page 2, line 8: after " School," insert "Marva Collins Preparatory School of
6Wisconsin, and D.L. Hines Academy,".

AB747-SA2,1,7 74. Page 2, line 9: after " 3." insert ", 4., or 5.".

AB747-SA2,1,8 85. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB747-SA2,1,9 9" Section 4m. 118.40 (2r) (c) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

AB747-SA2,1,1310 118.40 (2r) (c) 4. A pupil may attend Marva Collins Preparatory School of
11Wisconsin, a charter school established in the school district operating under ch. 119
12under this subsection, regardless of the pupil's school district of residence, if any of
13the following applies:

1a. The pupil attended Marva Collins Preparatory School of Wisconsin before
2the 2002-03 school year.

AB747-SA2,2,53 b. A member of the pupil's family who resides in the same household as the
4pupil attended Marva Collins Preparatory School of Wisconsin before the 2002-03
5school year.

AB747-SA2, s. 5m 6Section 5m. 118.40 (2r) (c) 5. of the statutes is created to read:

AB747-SA2,2,97 118.40 (2r) (c) 5. A pupil may attend D.L. Hines Academy, a charter school
8established in the school district operating under ch. 119 under this subsection,
9regardless of the pupil's school district of residence, if any of the following applies:

AB747-SA2,2,1010 a. The pupil attended D.L. Hines Academy before the 2002-03 school year.

AB747-SA2,2,1211 b. A member of the pupil's family who resides in the same household as the
12pupil attended D.L. Hines Academy before the 2002-03 school year.".
