AB79-SA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB79-SA1-AA1,1,6 1. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with "All" and ending with "Wisconsin" on line 5 and substitute "The authority shall ensure that, in any project that is financed under this chapter after the effective date of this section .... [revisor inserts date], and that relates to an educational facility, other than a postsecondary educational institution, all".

AB79-SA1-AA1,1,9 2. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with "rules" and ending with "code" on line 6 and substitute "requirements that apply to the project under state statute or administrative rule are complied with".
