AB845-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB845-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 21: delete "par. (b)" and substitute "pars. (b) and (c)".

AB845-AA3,1,3 2. Page 4, line 5: delete lines 5 to 7 and substitute:

AB845-AA3,1,7 "(c) The immunity under par. (a) does not apply to a manufacturer of a drug or supply that is flawed in its design or manufacture. In that instance the manufacturer's liability may be no greater than the manufacturer's liability that would exist but for the donation.".
