AB845-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB845-AA7,1,2 1. Page 1, line 1: after "cancer" insert "and HIV".

AB845-AA7,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after " Cancer" insert "and HIV".

AB845-AA7,1,4 3. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

AB845-AA7,1,5 "(bm) "HIV" has the meaning given in s. 252.01 (1m).

AB845-AA7,1,7 (br) "HIV drug" means a prescription drug that is used to treat any of the following:

AB845-AA7,1,9 1. HIV or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome or side effects of HIV or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.

AB845-AA7,1,12 2. The side effects of any prescription drug that is used to treat HIV or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome or side effects of HIV or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.".

AB845-AA7,2,1 5. Page 2, line 15: after "drug" insert "or HIV drug".
