AJR4-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR4-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AJR4-AA1,1,3 " Section 9m. Section 17 of article XIV of the constitution is created to read:

AJR4-AA1,1,8 [Article XIV] Section 17. The changes to the constitution made by this 2003/2005 amendment abolishing the office of lieutenant governor do not apply to a person holding the office of lieutenant governor during the term within which the changes become operative or during subsequent terms served by that person that are consecutive to that term.".
