SB120-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:
SB120-AA3,1,2 21. Page 4, line 18: after that line insert:
SB120-AA3,1,3 3" Section 3m. 66.0312 of the statutes is created to read:
SB120-AA3,1,5 466.0312 Local health departments; mutual assistance. (1) In this section
5"local health department" has the meaning given in s. 66.0314 (1) (e).
SB120-AA3,1,8 6(2) (a) Subject to sub. (3), upon the request of a local health department, the
7personnel of any other local health department may assist the requester within the
8requester's jurisdiction, notwithstanding any other jurisdictional provision.
SB120-AA3,1,109 (b) If a request for assistance is made under par. (a), payment for the requested
10services shall be made by one of the following methods:
SB120-AA3,1,1311 1. If an agreement under s. 66.0301, or any other agreement between the
12parties, for the payment of such services exists, the terms of the agreement shall be
13followed.

12. If no agreement described under subd. 1. for the payment of such services
2exists, the governmental unit that receives the assistance is responsible for the
3personnel or equipment costs incurred by the responding agency if the responding
4agency requests payment of those costs.
SB120-AA3,2,6 5(3) This section does not apply during a state of emergency declared by the
6governor under s. 166.03 (1) (b) 1.
SB120-AA3, s. 3p 7Section 3p. 66.03125 of the statutes is created to read:
SB120-AA3,2,9 866.03125 Fire departments; mutual assistance. (1) In this section "fire
9department" has the meaning given in s. 66.0314 (1) (c).
SB120-AA3,2,12 10(2) (a) Subject to sub. (3), upon the request of a fire department, the personnel
11of any other fire department may assist the requester within the requester's
12jurisdiction, notwithstanding any other jurisdictional provision.
SB120-AA3,2,1413 (b) If a request for assistance is made under par. (a), payment for the requested

10available if all of the following apply:

12in the state plan under s. 166.03 (2) (a) 1.
