SB14-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB14-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 4: delete "or ss. 942.08 or" and substitute " or, ss.".

SB14-AA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 4: after "943.15," insert "or, if the person is a repeat peeping tom offender, as defined in s. 973.048 (1g), s. 942.08,".

SB14-AA2,1,5 3. Page 4, line 10: delete "or ss. 942.08 or" and substitute "or , ss.".

SB14-AA2,1,7 4. Page 4, line 10: after "943.15," insert "or, if the person is a repeat peeping tom offender, as defined in s. 973.048 (1g), s. 942.08,".

SB14-AA2,1,8 5. Page 4, line 18: delete "or ss. 942.08 or" and substitute "or , ss.".

SB14-AA2,2,9 973.048 (1g) In this section, "repeat peeping tom offender" means a person who is found to have violated, or to have solicited, conspired, or attempted to commit a violation, of s. 942.08 after having previously been the subject of such a finding, but only if the conduct resulting in the previous finding occurred on or after the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date].".
