SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 14

SB14-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB14-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 17: delete "(d), or (e)" and substitute "or (d)".

SB14-SA1,1,3 2. Page 5, line 12: delete "(d), or (e)" and substitute "or (d)".

SB14-SA1,1,4 3. Page 6, line 13: delete lines 13 to 21 and substitute:

SB14-SA1,1,5 " Section 13m. 942.08 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB14-SA1,1,8 942.08 (2) (d) Enters another person's private property without that person's consent and, for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification and with the intent to intrude upon or interfere with a person's privacy, looks into any person's dwelling.".

SB14-SA1,1,9 4. Page 6, line 15: delete "gratification," and substitute "gratification and".

SB14-SA1,1,11 5. Page 6, line 16: delete "and without the consent of each person who is present in the dwelling,".

SB14-SA1,2,1 6. Page 7, line 17: delete "(d), or (e)" and substitute "or (d)".
