SB14-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB14-SA3,1,2 21. Page 6, line 13: delete lines 13 to 21 and substitute:
SB14-SA3,1,3 3" Section 13m. 942.08 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:
SB14-SA3,1,54 942.08 (2) (d) Enters another person's private property without that person's
5consent and looks into any individual's dwelling unit if all of the following apply:
SB14-SA3,1,86 1. The actor looks into the dwelling unit for the purpose of sexual arousal or
7gratification and with the intent to intrude upon or interfere with an individual's
8privacy.
SB14-SA3,1,109 2. The actor looks into a part of the dwelling unit in which an individual is
10present.
SB14-SA3,1,1211 3. The individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy in that part of the
12dwelling unit.

14. The individual does not consent to the actor looking into that part of the
2dwelling.
SB14-SA3, s. 14m 3Section 14m. 942.08 (2) (e) of the statutes is created to read:
SB14-SA3,2,54 942.08 (2) (e) Enters another person's private property without that person's
5consent and looks into any individual's dwelling unit if all of the following apply:
SB14-SA3,2,86 1. The actor looks into the dwelling unit for the purpose of sexual arousal or
7gratification and with the intent to intrude upon or interfere with an individual's

SB14-SA3,2,99 2. The actor looks into a part of the dwelling unit in which no one is present.
SB14-SA3,2,1110 3. If an individual were present, he or she would have a reasonable expectation
11of privacy in that part of the dwelling unit.".
