SB44-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB44-AA2,1,5 1. Page 125, line 13: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $23,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $23,000,000 to reflect deletion of the change in the 4-year-old kindergarten membership count.

SB44-AA2,1,6 2. Page 795, line 9: delete lines 9 to 16.
