SB44-AA51,1,4 " Section 2805m. 980.08 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

SB44-AA51,1,10 980.08 (7) The department shall not renew any agreement or contract related to the location or provision of housing to persons eligible for supervised release under this section with Attic Correctional Services when that agreement or contract expires and shall not enter into an agreement or contract related to the location or provision of housing to persons eligible for supervised release under this section with that corporation after the effective date of this subsection .... [reviser inserts date].".
