SB44-SSA1-SA71,1,7 84.014 (5r) Notwithstanding subs. (5) and (5m), no southeast Wisconsin freeway rehabilitation project may include the addition of any lane or other expansion of capacity for vehicular traffic on I 94 within 3 miles of the Wood National Cemetery in Milwaukee County.".
