SB44-SSA1-SA73,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB44-SSA1-SA73,1,4 1. Page 104, line 6: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $100,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $100,000 for the purpose of providing funding for the Main Street Program.
