AB100-ASA1-AA18,1,2 1. Page 776, line 11: after that line insert:

AB100-ASA1-AA18,1,3 " Section 1919g. 121.91 (4) (L) of the statutes is created to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA18,2,2 121.91 (4) (L) If the cost to a school district of providing health insurance for its employees increased over the previous 2 school years, at a rate that was at least twice the rate of increase certified to the state superintendent over those 2 years under s. 73.0305, the limit otherwise applicable to the school district under sub. (2m) in the current school year is increased by an amount equal to 50 percent of the difference between the actual cost to the school district of providing health insurance for its employees over the previous 2 school years and the cost the school district would have incurred to provide health insurance to its employees over the previous 2 school years had the rate of increase in that cost been equal to the rate of increase certified to the state superintendent over those 2 years under s. 73.0305.".
