ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 52, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-ASA1-AA52,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA52,1,4 1. Page 148, line 2: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $38,000,000 for the purpose of reducing funding for preliminary work for the Zoo interchange-USH 45 reconstruction project.

AB100-ASA1-AA52,1,5 2. Page 314, line 3: after that line insert:

AB100-ASA1-AA52,1,6 " Section 416s. 20.505 (8) (hm) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,4 20.505 (8) (hm) Indian gaming receipts. (intro.) All moneys required to be credited to this appropriation under s. 569.06, all moneys transferred under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, sections 9201 (5mk), 9205 (1mk), 9210 (3mk), 9223 (5mk), 9224 (1mk), 9225 (1mk), 9231 (1mk), 9237 (4mk), 9240 (1mk), 9251 (1mk), 9256 (1mk), 9257 (2mk), and 9258 (2mk) and 2005 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9248 (1q), and all moneys that revert to this appropriation account from the appropriation accounts specified in subds. 1c. to 19., less the amounts appropriated under par. (h) and s. 20.455 (2) (gc), for the purpose of making the payments specified under 2005 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9101 (13r), and of annually transferring the following amounts:".

If by June 30, 2005, the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin makes a tribal gaming payment of $20,000,000 to the state for the 2004-05 fiscal year, from the appropriation under section 20.505 (8) (hm) of the statutes, as affected by this act, the department of administration shall pay the following amounts in each year of the 2005-07 fiscal biennium to the following recipients:

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,13 (b) To the village of Hobart, $280,000 for traffic lights.

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,15 (d) To the Pulaski School District, $240,000.

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,16 (e) To the Freedom School District, $240,000

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,17 (f) To the Green Bay School District, $240,000

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,18 (g) To the Seymour School District, $240,000

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,19 (h) To the West De Pere School District, $240,000.

AB100-ASA1-AA52,2,21 (i) To Outagamie County for vitrification of polychlorinated biphenyls from the Fox River, $500,000

AB100-ASA1-AA52,3,6 "(1q) Transportation fund transfer to Indian gaming receipts appropriation. If by the June 30, 2005, the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin makes a tribal gaming payment of $20,000,000 to the state for the 2004-05 fiscal year, there is transferred in fiscal year 2005-06 $7,348,700 from the transportation fund to the appropriation account under section 20.505 (8) (hm) of the statutes, as affected by this act.

AB100-ASA1-AA52,3,11 (2q) Transportation fund transfer to budget stabilization fund. If by the June 30, 2005, the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin makes a tribal gaming payment of $20,000,000 to the state for the 2004-05 fiscal year, there is transferred from the transportation fund to the budget stabilization fund $30,651,240 in fiscal year 2005-06.".
