AB100-ASA1-AA52,1,4 21. Page 148, line 2: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by
3$38,000,000 for the purpose of reducing funding for preliminary work for the Zoo
4interchange-USH 45 reconstruction project.

7of Wisconsin makes a tribal gaming payment of $20,000,000 to the state for the

9statutes, as affected by this act, the department of administration shall pay the
10following amounts in each year of the 2005-07 fiscal biennium to the following
11recipients:

AB100-ASA1-AA52,3,117 (2q) Transportation fund transfer to budget stabilization fund. If by the
8June 30, 2005, the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin makes a tribal gaming
9payment of $20,000,000 to the state for the 2004-05 fiscal year, there is transferred
10from the transportation fund to the budget stabilization fund $30,651,240 in fiscal
11year 2005-06.".
