SENATE AMENDMENT 26, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-SA26,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB100-SA26,1,2 1. Page 960, line 22: delete "$1,400,000" and substitute "$2,500,000".

AB100-SA26,1,3 2. Page 994, line 6: delete "$1,600,000" and substitute "$1,700,000".

AB100-SA26,1,4 3. Page 994, line 7: after that line insert:

AB100-SA26,1,10 "(cq) Notwithstanding any limitation specified in section 85.095 (2) (b) of the statutes, from the appropriation under section 20.866 (2) (uv) of the statutes, as affected by this act, the department of transportation shall award a grant under section 85.095 (2) (a) of the statutes of $2,200,000 in the 2005-07 fiscal biennium for the reconstruction of a dock wall used by the Georgia-Pacific Corporation in the Port of Green Bay.".
