SENATE AMENDMENT 41, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-SA41,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB100-SA41,1,3 1. Page 182, line 5: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2005-06 by $2,250,000 to increase funding for early childhood excellence programs.

AB100-SA41,1,4 2. Page 490, line 10: delete that line and substitute:

AB100-SA41,1,5 " Section 1098c. 49.175 (1) (r) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB100-SA41,1,7 49.175 (1) (r) Early childhood excellence initiative. For grants under s. 49.1375, $2,500,000 $2,250,000 in each fiscal year 2005-06.

AB100-SA41, s. 1098h Section 1098h. 49.175 (1) (r) of the statutes, as affected by 2005 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.".

AB100-SA41,1,10 3. Page 1051, line 13: after that line insert:

AB100-SA41,1,12 "(4mw) Early childhoood excellence initiative. The repeal of sections 49.1375 and 49.175 (1) (r) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2006.".
