AB100-SA5,1,7 "(10m) Limit on academic fees. Notwithstanding section 36.27 (1) of the statutes, as affected by this act, the Board of Regents may not, in either the 2005-06 or 2006-07 academic year, increase academic fees for resident undergraduate students at an institution or college campus by more than 3 percent over the amount charged in the previous academic year.".
