AB1086-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1086-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 11: delete "whether".

AB1086-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 12: delete that line and substitute "all of the following:".

AB1086-AA1,1,4 3. Page 4, line 12: after that line insert:

AB1086-AA1,1,6 "(a) The name and address of every contractor and subcontractor registered by the department under this subchapter.

AB1086-AA1,1,8 (b) The name of the contact person for every contractor and subcontractor registered by the department under this subchapter.

AB1086-AA1,1,11 (c) Whether a contractor or subcontractor registered by the department under this subchapter carries a performance bond or other financial assurance to ensure the work of the contractor or subcontractor.".

AB1086-AA1,2,2 4. Page 5, line 20: delete that line and substitute "is owned or leased by that person and is where that person resides.".
