AB1191-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1191-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 14: after "may" insert ", with the approval of the building commission,".

AB1191-AA2,1,4 2. Page 4, line 4: after that line insert:

AB1191-AA2,1,7 "3. The total amount of principal and interest secured by the center and associated land and parking areas may not exceed the amount for which the state may exercise its option to purchase under subdivision 2.

AB1191-AA2,1,9 4. Easements that ensure that the state fair park board may use 225 parking spaces during the state fair each year and may use the road crossing the property.".
