AB226-AA1,1,2 1. Page 85, line 12: after that line insert:

AB226-AA1,1,5 "(5m) Initial grants. Notwithstanding the effective date of this act, the elections board shall initially distribute grants under section 11.50 of the statutes, as affected by this act, for the 2006 September primary and general election.".
