AB226-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB226-AA3,1,2 21. Page 25, line 10: after that line insert:
AB226-AA3,1,3 3" Section 27m. 11.05 (7) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB226-AA3,2,34 11.05 (7) Change in status of new registrant. Notwithstanding sub. (6), any
5individual or organization who or which, other than an individual or organization
6that has acquired property or funds while the individual or organization was
7registered with the federal election commission, that
has received property or funds
8which were not intended for political purposes in connection with an election for state
9or local office at the time of receipt may make contributions or disbursements from
10such property or funds in connection with an election for state or local office if the
11individual or organization complies with applicable provisions of sub. (1), (2) or (2g)
12as soon as such intent changes. For purposes of s. 11.06 (1), all property or funds
13which are in a registrant's possession on the date of registration under this section

1shall be treated as received on the date that such intent changes so that the property
2or funds are to be used for political purposes in connection with an election for state
3or local office.".
