AB323-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 4.

AB323-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 14: delete lines 14 to 17 and substitute:

AB323-AA1,1,7 "(1m) This act first applies to credits computed for taxable years beginning on January 1, 1990, or credits computed for the first taxable year for which credits are allowable, whichever is later.".
