AB339-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB339-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete lines 4 and 5 and substitute:

AB339-AA1,1,3 "70.11 (27m) Restaurant kitchen equipment. (a) In this subsection:

AB339-AA1,1,4 1. "Machinery" has the meaning given in sub. (27) (a) 2.

AB339-AA1,1,7 2. "Restaurant" includes pizza delivery establishments, snack bars, beverage bars, takeout food shops, and mobile food services, including mobile snack stands, mobile canteens, and ice cream vendors.".

AB339-AA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 1: after "equipment" insert ", including refrigerators and other storage equipment,".

AB339-AA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 5: delete "2005" and substitute "2006".
