AB375-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB375-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: after "access" insert "and granting rule-making authority".
AB375-AA1,1,3 32. Page 3, line 23: after "department" insert ", to the state traffic patrol,".
AB375-AA1,1,4 43. Page 4, line 4: substitute "subds. 3. and 4. and par. (cm)" for "subd. 3.".
AB375-AA1,1,5 54. Page 4, line 10: substitute "subds. 3. and 4. and par. (cm)" for "subd. 3.".
AB375-AA1,1,6 65. Page 4, line 22: after that line insert:
AB375-AA1,1,12 7"4. A county or town may not enact an ordinance under subd. 1. or 2. that will
8allow the operation of all-terrain vehicles on a roadway and shoulder of a portion of
9a state trunk highway that is one-quarter mile in length or less if the operation of
10all-terrain vehicles on the roadway and shoulder has been prohibited rule by the
11department of transportation based on a finding by the department of transportation
12that such operation is unsafe.".
